The Rector of Alcester (Canon David Capron) leads the team of retired Clergy and Lay Readers.  The Alcester Minster, as it is known, gives a new focus for all the parishes as we move into the 21st century. A Minster Council has been formed and with David Capron's installation as Priest in Charge of the joining Parishes by Bishop John in July 2006, the grouping has been formally constituted.
